Sunday Nov 11 2012 Sermon

Its 6:15 am and am all dressed and resdy to leave by 630 to drop the girls and grand son at school and wend my way slowly to the peace and calm of my office where I am the only one working these days since all the consultants are based at client sites as we speak.

While thinking of a sermon for this morning I thought it better to put forward three simple questions to my fellow '59er parish as follows:-

How often have you been a part of this type of scenario:

1. You ask a question from someone and the person responds by asking the same question from you before he/she can answer yours?

2. You ask a question from someone and the person repeats the question to himself/herself, as if questioning themselves in deep thought looking up at the sky?

3. You ask a question from someone and the listener responds, "why do you want to know?"

Think about it and lets discuss.

Have a great day!
Amen!

  2. Graham: Also a guy who is cautious and wants time to think. why do you think that leaders although knowing the language go in with a translator....gives them more time to structure their reply.
